Instructions for installing the rapid fire kit easy view

Remove all 7 security torx T-8 screws

Drill two 5/32 holes as marked

Glue the switches in place like this

Glue the pic here make sure the notch sits like this

Take you soldering iron and solder a 3in long wire to the power lead
highlighted in the picture above.
Also solder another 3in long wire to the ground lead highlighted above

Take the other end of the Power wire and wrap the wire around PIN 1 and solder it to
the pin, as shown below.
Now take the other end of the Ground wire and wrap the wire around PIN 8 and
solder it to the pin, as shown below.

Take the (2) 1K Ohm resistors and trim one end down so there is only a little bit
left showing
Now solder the resistors to the middle lead of the right and left trigger points as
shown in the pictures.

Solder the 2" wire from the resistor to the left switch and the 4.5" wire switch to
pin #3 on the pic like this

Solder the 2 inch wire from the resistor to the right switch and the 2 inch wire
from the switch to pin #2 on the pic like this

If you are having any problems do the following

1. You will have to double check all wiring going to the Pic.

2. Check that the pins on the Pic don't touch each other.

3. Make a clean solder connection. Only solder the point of connection!!

4. Make sure the wires are not getting pinched after you assemble the controller.

5. If you still can't get it to work, take a close up picture of the board and wiring then
email it to admin@brianspdr.com

4.    Wire cutters and strippers.
